Pack Rat Mall has a general no-return policy.
For any article which the buyer deems represented incorrectly, there is
a three day window of opportunity from the date of receipt to request a
return authorization. The returned article must be in its original condition
with all tags, stickers and documentation. Some items may not be available
due to prior sale. The customer will be responsible for all shipping costs
and a nominal packaging/handling fee.
